What do the sole and heel measure?

Next to each model (on the product page), you can find the height of the heel and sole or platform corresponding to the model you are interested, also in the bottom part in a tab called “additional information” inside the box of the description.

How do I know which shoes are regulatory for my federation?

Below each style (on the product page) there is a tab called “additional information”, you can find a paragraph called regulatory shoes where you can see the bodybuilding federations where the styles that interests you is allowed.

How can I know my correct size?

Easy! use our size chart here, Also you can find it on the product and once you’re on the product page you will have the option to click on Size guide at the right side of the page. After all, if you still have doubts you can read the following article of our blog here.

Where do you have the store?

Currently we only sell online. Therefore, the only way to get your “Mussa” is through this website. To realize a purchase on our website, you only have to choose one or more of our available models and buy them using our online purchase system.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept one of the following payment methods::

  • Credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD)
  • Paypal
  • Cash on delivery (only Spanish mainland and Portugal)

Secure online payment: We satisfy all security standards when it comes to the data you provide us. All your information is going to be secure and safe at all times. We don’t store any of your banking information supplied during the purchase of any of our products. To process your order, your data is going to be encrypted and sent safely through our payment gateway, which meets the most advanced security standards and is in charge of completing the transaction with your bank.

I have made a mistake introducing my personal information during the purchase. Can I change them?

If you have noticed that you made a mistake during the purchase of your Mussa, write us to info@mussa.es and explain what happened. We’ll modify it as soon as possible.

I haven't received any order confirmation, is everything okay?

Once accomplished the purchase you’ll receive an order confirmation. That’s our way to confirm your purchase and to send you the order document. If you haven’t received any at your inbox, please don’t forget to check you spam or advertising folder. If you can’t find it, write us to info@mussa.es and we’ll send you the copy.

How can I request an invoice?

In case you want to receive an invoice, contact us at info@mussa.es. Don’t forget to include your order number and your tax ID number or VAT.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have to cancel your order and you have already received your order confirmation, please write us to info@mussa.es and we’ll proceed your cancellation and refund you your money within the next 5 working days.

SHIPPINGS

Does the shipment cost me anything?

Europe and Russia: the shipping cost is €15 (except Switzerland).

Rest of the world: the shipping cost is €25 (including Switzerland). Mussa will NOT BE responsible for possible additional charges that may occur in the customs of your country.

In Spain and Portugal: shipping costs will be TOTALLY FREE for all orders over €49.95, for inferior purchases it will be cost €6

How long does it take to deliver my Mussa?
Check the delivery time according to your destination:

Europa: our time of delivery is between 3 – 7 days.

Russia: our time of delivery is between 12 – 15 days.

Non Eurozone countries: our time of delivery is between 15 – 20 days. Mussa will NOT be responsible for the time that the products may be held in customs in your country, since in some cases the arrival process may take more time.

Spanish mainland and Portugal: if you make a purchase before 12.00 am from Monday till Thursday you’ll receive your order the next working day (It depends to availability and rhinestones styles). For orders placed after 12.00 am and on the weekend the delivery time varies between 24 and 72 hours. Notice that the transport company doesn’t proceed any delivery during the weekend.

Balearic and Canary Islands: our time of delivery is between 3 – 7 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the size isn't the right one, can I exchange them?

Sure! Provided they are in mint condition.

The deadline for the return is 14 working days from the moment you receive your Mussa.

If I try them on and they don't fit me, can I return them?

Sure! Provided they are in mint condition.

If I wish to return my Mussa, how do you refund me the money?

After your items gets to our warehouse, we’ll refund you your money directly to your PayPal or bank account, depending on which you have used to pay in the first case.
