If you are going to participate in your first Bikini Fitness competition<\/span> or you are already a competitor but it is the first time that you are going to wear Mussa shoes<\/strong><\/span>, it's important that you know this\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our shoes are small shape.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

When you are in the previous phase of competition where the diet becomes more intense<\/span> and you are in dehydration<\/span> period, your whole body loses weight<\/span> and that means that your feet<\/span> will too.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That is the reason why our shoes are narrow<\/strong><\/span>, we do not like that the are too big or that the fingers come out at the time of competition.<\/p>\n

Never choose one size less.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

If your feet are wide<\/span> or you have a lot of instep<\/span>, it is probably and common to use a size more than what is usually yours.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

To give you a clear idea of which size is ideal, we have prepared an equivalency table, so you just have to measure<\/span> your foot<\/span> to check the length<\/p>\n

To measure your foot is simple, you just need a white sheet, a pencil and a rule of centimeters:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

1. Stand your foot on a wall with the sheet below.<\/strong> This step is very important, the heel of the foot should touch the wall.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

2. With the pencil firmly mark the place where the tip of your foot comes<\/strong> (usually the big toe).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

3. Take the rule and measure the distance between your heel and the first mark you made.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

4. By last, compare measurements with our size chart.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

RECOMMENDATIONS<\/h2>\n

It would be ideal if you measure both feet since we usually have one bigger than the other.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It\u2019s very important to consider the width of your feet<\/span>, if it\u2019s wide or you are between two sizes, always decide for the biggest size.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Another thing that differentiates the Bikini Fitness<\/strong> sandals from regular footwear is the material of manufacture, as they are made with vinyl<\/span>, it\u2019s harder<\/span> to put it on.<\/p>\n

The vinyl that doesn\u2019t yield easily as could be the leather material in shoes and it stick on the foot too when you try it.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The solution is to put on some pantyhose<\/span> or stockings<\/span> before trying on your Mussa.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

You\u2019ll know that the Mussa<\/strong> sandals are of your size when your heel doesn\u2019t project<\/span>, even if you feel them a little tight<\/span> when you already worn them.<\/p>\n
