IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE A ITEM, PLEASE CHOOSE FROM WHERE YOU MADE THE PURCHASE AND FOLLOW THE STEPS INDICATED.
YOU HAVE 14 WORKING DAYS TO REQUEST IT SINCE YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE.
1. In the first place, you have to prepare in the original box the item you want to exchange.
2. In the second place, you have to return the item. You can choose the way that you prefer, send it by regular mail to our warehouse or by some transport agency. In both cases, you will have to assume the shipping costs.

3. Fill all fields requested in our form, It will take less than 1 minute.
4. As soon as we receive the item you send us, we’ll inform you of new shipping cost and we’ll request the payment of the selveges. Once the payment is completed, we’ll proceed to send you the requested item to the same address indicated in the order.
